The new Commander decks are extremely fun looking, but the one general that caught my eye was Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder. I love fast paced spell slinging off of Cascade, and I am going to capitalize on this Legendary Creature.

However, rather than turn this into a creature based aggro deck like I've seen a number of people do, I want to build upon the stock decklist and turn this into a discarding midranged deck. So I'm attempting to build this into a fun deck that doesn't care about throwing cards away, but can screw up opponents plans in the process. There's a number of win cons. Most of them will be through beats, but there's Laboratory Maniac for the late game screw over, and Nekusar, the Mindrazer doing his thing.

Note about recommendations:-I'm not interested in going straight dredge. I want these cards to have some time to be in my hand before throwing them away.
