The deck uses spells with small mana value to generate mana and free value to generate storm count, and then once you hit Profane Tutor you can search for Dragonstorm and hopefully play it.

Here's how it works:

1. Attack with Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder and resolve his combat damage trigger.

2. Cast cards with mana value 1 or 2 from your hand to find Lotus Petal, Lotus Bloom, Sol Talisman, Sol Ring, Mox Tantalite, Dark Ritual, etc. Once you have used up the one-time-use spells, you can recycle them with Serene Remembrance to ensure you hit them again.

3. Resolve Dragonstorm.

When you resolve dragonstorm, here are the combos:

• If you can only search up 2 dragons, then get Savage Ventmaw and Hoarding Broodlord; with Broodlord, search up Aggravated Assault. On your next combat step, you'll get unlimited combat steps.

• If you can only search up 3 dragons, then get Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, and Scourge of Valkas. Miiryim will trigger and get you another SoV and TotP; The first Scourge and Terror will each trigger five times, and the copies will each trigger twice. If you stack your triggers such that Miiryim's triggers resolve first, then X is 5 for 7 Scourge triggers... 5 x 7 = 35 damage total... and the total damage from the TotP and copy will be: 6 + 2x4 + 5 = 19.

• If you can search up 4 dragons, then grab Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund, Hoarding Broodlord, Savage Ventmaw, and Hellkite Charger. Karrthus gives my dragons haste. Hoarding Broodlord can find a card that gives one more combat step. When S. Ventmaw attacks, you get 6 mana and when H. Charger attacks, you can spend 7 to get an additional combat step. Now there are unlimited combat steps.

• If you can search for 4 dragons, you can also get Miiryim, Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and another dragon. That's 7 damage per trigger times 10 triggers = a total of 70 damage to distribute, plus the damage from TotP. If the second dragon was Hoarding Broodlord and you searched up another dragon, you can convoke it onto the battlefield for 9 damage per trigger x 4 triggers = 36 from SoV.

• If you can search for 5 dragons, it's game over for the table.

The land base uses gates because they're cheap, but you can adapt this list to your favorite land base if you want. I didn't include Amulet of Vigor because Gond Gate does the same thing for a tenth the price. I'm using a bunch of scry lands for top-deck manipulation. Guild Summit is MVP when Averna, the Chaos Bloom is in play.

Consuming Aberration is in the deck to take advantage of that storm count and as a backup plan for Dragonstorm. Similarly, Cadaverous Bloom is also a mid-game card that can boost my mana production up high enough to start casting stuff like Dragonstorm.
