Yidris 3.0 with new cards, without Paradox Engine. This is pseudo-spellslinger. It's slower than competitive Storm Yidris but it's alot cheaper in $$$. Testing how it works without Paradox Engine who can easily go infinite.

Index - It's one-time Sensei's Divining Top. Played and it works.

Reforge the Soul and Time Reversal - There are wheels. Not so good because of mana cost but they're cheap in $

Temporal Trespass - It's free turn for 3 mana.

What deck lacks to be more powerfull but still budget?

Infinity combos like (paradox is not so budget anymore) Paradox Engine + Etherium-Horn Sorcerer + 5UURR mana from nonland sources can cast almost all deck
