• Phase 1 is to get four Persistent Petitioners on the board to get past the zoning restrictions and dump as many useful cards in our yard as possible. Ideally with K&L onboard to double up on small ramp and removal spells in the process.
• Phase 2 is to flashback big haymakers like Mass Appeal, Raise the Past, or Splendid Reclamation to build a massive board state (over our neighbors' protests if necessary).
• Phase 3 is to win the game, either directly with Laboratory Maniac or by milling out our opponents with massed Petitioners.
