Now there are better cards indeed :)
I am not yet very knowleadgeable about commander, as I generally play pauper and modern, but I get the impression you should make a deck that maybe tries to do something more specific. It's just a general feeling, I don't quite see what this deck is about.

You have way to many instants and sorceries to be running Primal Surge , i play an Omnath, Locus of Mana commander so I know the feeling, but you need to choose, get rid of more non-permanents or get rid of Primal Surge , its the honest truth. 10 mana isnt worth two land, and maybe two others and exiling your own non-permanent card. That's what i recomend.

Well so far the idea is just to overwhelm your opponent with creatures. I actually played a game of commander earlier with a friend and milled myself out with Triumph of Ferocity and Rites of Flourishing so getting what I need is no problem. So I guess the idea is to just crush your opponent. Only problem is I'm now on a very tight budget so many cards I get aren't the best, but I will continue updating the deck. So thank you for the suggestions kuroze

Well, what would be a good card to replace Primal Surge for a little bit of shenanigans Sharkhuntr?

You already have Hydra Broodmaster , so thats good, if you have ever found her ability useful then Gelatinous Genesis is that in sorcery form. Engulfing Slagwurm , that is a brilliant card for green, if you can force it to be block it is better and if it has trample then they are forced to take the damage. There are many cards on the decklist for Omnath that i would recomend, the decklist i have up is very outdated but it would be very good for ideas, I took the rout of less non-permanents on my deck.

I'd suggest Forgotten Ancient , Elvish Piper , Quicksilver Amulet , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and Wood Elves instead of Borderland Ranger
Also Panglacial Wurm was made for yisan! haha

Yeah man; the deck looks super fun, but I can definitely keep suggesting if you like.
Removal is hard with green, but you do have Woodfall Primus , Terastodon , and Steel Hellkite to stop your opponents from dropping too many threats
Then of course Nature's Lore , Cultivate , Kodama's Reach , Skyshroud Claim , Emerald Medallion , etc to speed things up. Even Staff of Nin and Mind's Eye wouldn't be a bad idea to keep the ball rolling in big multiplayer games
Another big funny green beater is Khalni Hydra ;P

After thinking about it, Panglacial Wurm will be really hard to cast after yisan's 3 mana ability... Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots , Darksteel Plate , etc or the cheaper green enchantments Alpha Authority /Canopy Cover to keep beasties alive

Strangleroot Geist Thrun, the Last Troll
Thragtusk Garruk's Companion Kalonian Tusker Talara's Battalion Courser of Kruphix Dungrove Elder
Rancor Vines of Vastwood Might of Oaks
Harmonize Bow of Nylea
Sol Ring Mana Vault Caged Sun
There are tons of good things in Mono Green. I'd recommend having a look at the EDH staples, and at the established decks.
