My extreme budget Yissan deck. As a follow up to my Anje deck I decided to build mono green. This works out well since I plan on building Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and Prime Speaker Vannifar in the future both of which share similar base cores with Yissan. I decided to build Yissan out of other possible commander's because of my local meta. My local meta is heavily based around single target removal and I generally get hated out of the game due to my winrate. So I decided to build Yissan with his access to tutorable answers to threats in terms of Phyrexian Revoker and Manglehorn along with Verse 1 access to Sylvan Safekeeper; Yissan makes for an amazing meta pick. Plus who doesn't want to try mono green control!!!!!
