Yo Dawg, I Heard You Like Combos

Commander / EDH* BUG (Sultai) Casual Combo

SailYourSoul

Maybeboard

This deck is aimed toward combos and popping off as fast as possible. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This deck is for casual edh play. Thanks for looking. Below I will post below what I want to include in this deck so far.

maybe board

Eternal Witness Archaeomancer Sidisi, Brood Tyrant Essence Warden

MY COMMANDER = Muldrotha, the Grave Tide

Cards Going In Deck

Buried Alive & Corpse Connoisseur (graveyard tutors) Sidisi, Undead Vizier (Library Tutor)

Life From The Loam Intuition

Casting "Intuition" to find your "Life From the Loam" and 2 cycle lands or a cycle and a fetch land. Now every turn you start dredging then casting "Life From the Loam" and cycling lands and re playing your fetch land. This is an excellent way to filter through your deck and fill up your graveyard quickly to assemble your winning combos.

Protean Hulk Flash Body Double Phyrexian Delver Viscera Seer Walking Ballista Mikaeus the Unhallowed

Step 1: "Flash" in "Protean Hulk" so it immediately dies, then go fetch your "Body Double" or "Phyrexian Delver" and a "Viscera Seer".

Step 2: Copy or "Reanimate" "Protean Hulk"

Step 3: Sac "Protean Hulk" with your "Viscera Seer" to pull our "Walking Ballista" and "Mikaeus the Unhallowed"

Step 4: Sac the ballista with your viscera seer so it comes back with a +1/+1 counter on it which you then remove to deal one damage to an opponent.

Step 5: Rinse and repeat step 4

Deadeye Navigator Lion's Eye Diamond

Pairing "Deadeye Navigator" to Muldrotha will allow you to bounce Muldrotha, each time she re enters the battlefield you are able to use her ability again. Combine this with "Lion's Eye Diamond" to give yourself infinite mana and infinite casting from the graveyard.

Second Chance Necropotence

When you have 5 or less life, "Second Chance" can give you infinite turns for only 2 colorless and a Blue each turn. The best and most efficient way to get yourself there would be to burn yourself down with a careful "Necropotence" play. Make sure to note that "Second Chance" is a reserved list card so if you like this combo you had better pick the card up now before it spikes because you are unlikely to get a...second chance.

Mikaeus the Unhallowed Triskelion Tooth and Nail

An entwined Tooth and Nail to search for "Mikaeus the Unhallowed" and "Triskelion" will allow you to perform the classic Mike 'N' Trike combo. Its inherently similar to what we do with Mikaeus in the Flash Hulk combo but instead uses a Triskelion to do its damage.

Buried Alive Necrotic Ooze Phyrexian Devourer Triskelion Jarad Golgari Lich Lord

Cast your "Buried Alive" and pluck out your "Necrotic Ooze", "Phyrexian Devourer", and "Triskelion". You want to cast your Nooze from the graveyard, and then just start exiling cards from your library with Devourers ability and removing the counters to burn your opponents to death. An alternate way to do this would be to sacrifice your Nooze once it gets big enough to a "Jarad Golgari Lich Lord" to win the game.

Mindslaver

Okay so this isnt really a combo as much as a really powerful interaction with our commander. For just 10 mana a turn, you can effectively control a players turn for the rest of the game. Do note that without the extra card draw you will just be drawing your Mindslaver every turn, but after a few rounds your opponent is sure to concede.

Protecting the Combos

Glen Elendra Archmage Gilded Drake Merciless Executioner Fleshbag Marauder

Cheif among any strategy in EDH is your protection suite, whether that be in the form of counter magic, anti-counter magic, or any other form of control available to us, it is an essential part of any solidly built EDH deck. Muldrotha's colors naturally lend itself to control magic and counter magic, but her ability only works off of permanents so we want to be able to abuse that to the best of our ability. Cards like "Glen Elendra Archmage", "Gilded Drake", "Merciless Executioner", and "Fleshbag Marauder" are invaluable as they can be used over and over again to maximize their efficiency.

Infinite Damage (once at 51 life or higher)

Aetherflux Reservoir Exquisite Blood
