This deck seeks to use other people's more powerful/expensive cards against them.

It should heavily use effects like that of its leader (Merieke) to control boardstate, ideally through repeatable/tap actions.

Aside from cards I already happened to own (many salvaged from Eternal Bargain premade), a lot of the deck is budget - didn't add anything over the $2 torpor orb. The expensives tend to be lands anyway, none of which should be that important to the deck.
