Howabout Mass Hysteria and card:War's Toll the latter would be a brilliant safety-net against decks that like to control... and who doesn't love haste? Unless their creatures are forced to attack each turn...

The deck could do with a LOT more draw. Check on artifact sources like card:Seer's Sundial, card:Mind's Eye, Staff of Nin , Jayemdae Tome etc. It definitely helps the deck last longer...

Braid of Fire doesn't work the way it was intended anymore, the mana empties from your mana pool at the end of the upkeep, so you can only use it to cast instants during the upkeep.

Furnace of Rath World at War Curse of Bloodletting possibly Circle of Flame or Patron of the Akki .

Utvara Hellkite is a must and so is Pyreheart Wolf

Anything with Battle Cry such as Goblin Wardriver or Hero of Oxid Ridge or Signal Pest

And the new Gatecrash Mechanic, Battalion: Legion Loyalist or Warmind Infantry

Smoke and Static Orb slow people down.

Crawlspace ensures they attack other people.

Goblin Welder with Spine of Ish Sah is just getting degenerate.

Karn Liberated is the best mono-red planeswalker.

I have been wanting to put Spine of Ish Sah in this deck but could justify it to destroy only one permanent for 7 mana but now, it's going in. Also, I believe that Karn Liberated does need a spot in the deck. What do you suggest I take out?

Scrambleverse ? I'm actually not sure what your meta consists of, but I'd say that's a good card to pull.

Also, a Terrain Generator wouldn't be too bad. It could net a double Valakut trigger if you're lucky, but it's the type of thing that lets you ramp quickly.

I was thinking maybe Farsight Mask , but I'm not sure how well that'd help.

Well, like this the deck is impossible... Have you tried playtesting it? You can't play anything until turn 4, at least. You need to put in some quick creatures and one mana shots. If you end against an aggro deck, you're out on turn 3.

Most EDH decks don't make big plays on turns 1-3.

Scaglio are you a 1v1 player cause the only way I've seen that happen is either an infinite combo or Blightsteel Colosus. Seriously if an aggro deck can consistantly do 40 damage in EDH especially in multiplayer then can you show me the deck list.

How about card:Angel's Trumpet?

It gives all creatures vigilance, but any creature that doesn't attack gets tapped and deals 1 damage to its controller.

@meecht: I think I may sideboard card:Angel's Trumpet. My general forces my opponents to attack and so giving them vigilance is not what I really want to do. Maybe for the few exalted decks I play against.

I like seeing people choose a Commander that doesn't get used often. Fumiko is one mean lookin' lady!

Did you consider Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker ?

I'm a big fan of Repercussion in decks like this, kind of a double edged sword, but with all your "Damage to each creature" cards, it can be a devastator.

Slumbering Dragon would be fantastic in this deck.

Total War , so they can't just tap some of their creatures.

Instead of card:Ur-Golem's Eye you might want to replace it with Thran Dynamo if you dont mind paying $5. Anyways nice deck! +1

card:Thespian's Stage and Vesuva deal with opponent's legendary lands and replicates their usefulness when needed

Looks awesome. I might take out the Warmind Infantry for Taurean Mauler . Also I'd think about Ratchet Bomb to deal with things like Arrest or Oblivion Ring or tokens. hope it helps.

Curse of the Nightly Hunt gives you a second card replicating Fumiko's second ability, which might be useful. Anyways, I fucking love this deck. Red in EDH needs more love for being able to cause total chaos. +1

Also since you have the mana rocks You might think about Banefire . Since it can't be countered or prevented once you put a total of six mana into it. Might be handy.
