This deck basically wants to tutor Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots ASAP before some kind of tucking effect or serious removal handicaps him. Once you've protected him, dig for Myr Turbine, to provide Arcum with a tasty treat, Clock of Omens, to allow your Myr tokens to make more Myr tokens, and Mycosynth Lattice, to allow your Myr tokens to untap Arcum, and tutor out a whole combo piece in one turn so they can't destroy it. You should tutor Darksteel Forge and Nevinyrral's Disk (combined with Lattice) if you are playing a competitive game. Otherwise, for style points, grab infinite mana (Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth) and Staff of Domination. Gain infinte life, draw your whole deck, and let them choose your win condition, whether it be infinite myrs, milled for infinite with Sands of Delirium, or even just destroy all of their lands with Karn and Lattice. This deck is boat loads of fun, as long as you are the one playing it. I know I have a sideboard, it's basically exclusively for my play-group. If your play-group lets you use sideboards, all the power to you.
