Sideboard

So this is my standard fish list I been having slot of fun with at my local standard Swiss meets. I've been playing the tribe since rivals and I've had the most luck playing the deck without deep-rooted elite or waters. I see the synergy but the combo feels way slow. The way I play it is simple and consistent. Don't over extend into wipes, focus on getting 3 to 5 fish out and on opponents end phase use tyrant to draw cards or add counters. Early on I pressure them with speaker beats, but after turn three tyrant resolves the game plan becomes durdle and draw into Tempest caller or rivers rebuke. It happens more often than you think. Play either one of those cards and swing for game.

If I was to give any words of wisdom based on my matches with the deck it's this, don't side in too much. Couple cards here or there depending on the match-up. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I will say this, deathgorge scavenger helps a bit against golgari. K well that's it for now. I got a few cards I need to pick up still like jadelight ranger and Vivien, I'm a budget player. I can tell you this much, it's fun to play at FNM and feels kinda anti meta. Enjoy
