With all this lockdown some extra alternate win cons would be nice maybe consider Approach of the Second Sun with enough hate on the board it reads "I win in 7 turns" I run a lot of these cards and your commander in a Grand Arbiter Augustin IV deck so that I have access to blue as well for added controll and additional win cons, but I really think hokori is an under valued card so I'm glad to see someone piloting him.

I run Abolish in a few of my decks. No one tends to play around it.

IAmTheWraith Amulet of Vigor is for permanents that naturally enter play tapped, such as some of his lands.

What sort of evil, degenerate, nonsense is this? What sick person would build this and play it WHILE ACTUALLY ENJOYING IT??? ...I love it, I low key want to build it.

I think you have removal well covered but some permanent removal like Oblation and Generous Gift may help and possibly exile removal for more troublesome things like indestructible and planeswalkers; but this seems super solid and well built, I wish I had more to offer in terms of advice.

I have been toying around with this deck idea and I have some suggestions now!

Lotus Vale and Lotus Field are invaluable with Hokori

I would drop howling mine for Endless Atlas, other card draw are War Room, Alms Collector, Esper Sentinel, Mangara, the Diplomat, I have been having a lot of games where the deck just grinded to a halt without something to refill it. Symmetrical card draw can work against you here so Howling Mine May not be good unless you have plenty of ways of tapping artifacts down.

Manascape Refractor is really good with the right lands (like the lotus lands)

Archaeomancer's Map helps with ramp

Archon of Emeria is super good, a better eidolon or can be run in addition

Sanctum Prelate to stop any annoying board wipes.

Solemnity isn't really needed unless you plan on playing Phyrexian Unlife as well.

Something tells me Hokori, Dust Drinker will be the target of a lot of removal spells... maybe Lightning Greaves to protect your commander?

Also you need Swords to Plowshares as one of the best removal spells ever printed.

Why not add a Nullstone Gargoyle? Counters the first noncreature spell, and combined with Rhetoric you can force others to play either a creature or do nothing
