Nice deck (+1). I took a more sliver aggro approach to my deck if you want another comparison -Deliver The Slivers-.

If this is a modern deck then Treasure Cruise is banned.
Did you think about Descendants' Path? Once you get your lands base set this can help reduce drawing non sliver cards or free cast a sliver. One the upside if you get this out with a sliver and they have Blood Moon, you hopefully get a free creature each turn.

It's kind of a shame about Treasure Cruise being banned, but I'll survive.
As for Descendants' Path, I did think about it, but with the lands that basically let me play slivers whenever I have the mana, I don't really want to spend more on mana and I don't want t even think about the mana really. I did like the deck hat made it to day 2 at Milan, but I think mine I faster. I'd have to fiddle around and test with different mana bases. Thanks though, I do appreciate it.

Distant Melody? I don't know if you'll need that many cards though lol.

I've always been a fan of Slivers. I can't add to much to the discussion that hasn't already been added. The build seems nice and quick, and should be able to outpace the field, unless its gets too controlling. I like it though.

Thanks. I constantly post this daily to see if anyone can add to it or make suggestions. I think it could be better, far from perfect. But what deck really is perfect in Modern?

Someone might have mentioned it, but Diffusion Sliver should work well in this deck

Yea, it would. Just too weak. If it was a 2/2, I'd happily have it back in either main or board. I'll put it as a maybe.

Would like to fit it in and preferably have like 2 Vial and 2 Collected Company because 1. Vial's aren't cheap and 2. Collected Company is cheaper. Either 2 and 2 or 3 and 2 or something like that because if it'd be 4 and 4, I'd just be afraid of having nothing but those cards in my opening hand or I draw Vial later when I'd truly be hoping for Company. Ya know? Suggestions on what should be taken out and how the manabase should be?

I think the card draw from collected company is better than what you will net from military intelligence, so I would take out military intel and 2 vials so that you can have 3 collected company and 2 vials main board. As for the mana base I'm on my phone so it's kind of hard to tell with everything going on around me. I don't like the reflecting pool though. Do some testing and see if you can consistently achieve a forest by turn 4. Also, I would run at least 4 fetchlands and 1 of each basic land except mountain so you don't get shut down completely by mana shenanigans if you don't draw into the vial.

I think they cost too much. Wanna get them out there asap and smash face.

The decktype is great (I think it's the best aggro so far, only elves and merfolks can reach it), but i have some tips for the builder. If you empty the hand and the opponent casts a sweeper (Anger of the Gods, Pyroclasm, Supreme Verdict, Wrath of God, Damnation, Maelstrom Pulse) getting you unprepared the game is lost. That's why cards like Collected Company or even the cheaper Lead the Stampede are needed.Furthermore, if you face a deck with lots of removals, the risk is that you never attack; to deal with this, you can use Vines of Vastwood (it saves a Sliver, it can be used to boost the damage of an attack and it alone can broke the Splinter Twin combo by casting it on an enemy Exarch).
Last, I report you some cheap slivers you can consider to put in: Venom Sliver, Sidewinder Sliver, Two-Headed Sliver.
