We are so happy to see you have come to visit us here in the land of Mill. In our great land we have a wonderful ride all visitors must experience that really showcases just how wonderful it is here. Let's first introduce you to our conductor, The Sphinx;
Sphinx's Tutelage - Our star the sphinx. Punishing others who try to impose their ideas from their libraries. We say be gone with those, for when we draw you lose.
Now, while the sphinx on his own is strong, he cannot fight this battle alone. Let us see who else has to come to partake in the ride.
Chandra, Flamecaller - Oh how the sweet maiden of the fire just allows discarding our hand not to only refill what we had but graciously give us an extra card. (Seriously though, Chandra's 0 ability with a handful of cards and 2 of our big bad Sphinx's out accounts for a lot of mill.)
Narset Transcendent - Khan Narset of the Jeskai Way was a master martial artist and she is ready to show the power of the Jeskai one more time. (The ability to rebound the next instant/ability you play is a strong power to have in a deck running 19 sorcery spells)
Now as we approach the end of this journey on Mr Sphinx's Wild Ride through the land of Mill you This ride keeps going, it doesn't stop. Card draw, more draw, more mill. Everything happening so fast and temperatures begin rising;
Fevered Visions - There's no stopping the fever the Spinx is imposing down. You can draw those cards and try to have ideas but you are going to pay for it. (I have wanted to play this card since it was spoiled and I think I found where it belongs.)
The ride is continuing down a dark path, temperatures rising, hallucinating and seeing visions until you awake, and its over...

More about the deck Show
This was my take on a good old fashioned american mill. Originally started out a UR Fevered Visions has now become this mill monster.
The biggest drive behind this deck was to see if I could build a home brew to be viable against what I think is a creature heavy meta without playing into running creatures. For a mill deck to be viable enough to work it has to be the main focus of the deck.
The core of the deck is once The Spinx is out then just draw as much as you can (within reason).

What holds the deck back is obviously running no creatures but with enough control/burn from
Radiant Flames
, Declaration in Stone it can get this deck online to get our Sphinx out and some Planeswalkers.
I first played this deck at FNM on 4-22-16 with something I threw together over night and during the day before that night. it was a UR Fever mill with Sphinx. Nobody else had anything like it and went 4-1.
The sideboard needs some work, always open to suggestions!
