My third version of the combo: Heartless Summoning + 2x Myr Retriever, finishing with Altar of the Brood or Bitter Ordeal.
There're also other finishing cards as Falkenrath Noble, Extractor Demon.
In this version I would play the combo as fast as possible, to protect ourselves:
in 1st turn I can play Vapor Snag against Infect, Naya, Zoo, Affinity... or Duress against Infect, Affinity, Burn, Control...
in 2nd we have Muddle the Mixture, Mana Leak.
Then we can open the game with "draw / block" as Phyrexian Rager and Mulldrifter, excellent with Heartless Summoning (with evoke cost we pay 1 to draw 2 cards!)
Gitaxian Probe to see my opp's hand and decide if we can play the combo or not, and also to cycle desk faster.
