Originally, I had Arcanis as the Commander since he's used in the main combo but I've found that the early help from Kami is more useful and I usually can draw Arcanis at some point anyway. (Enter the Infinite might have something to do with that.) The major combos are Psychosis Crawler plus a lot of draw to kill everyone in one turn. This can be done with Enter the Infinite (A little messy, might not work against dedicated life gain) or Arcanis the Omnipotent + Mind Over Matter with Thousand-Year Elixir to have it all in one turn and Elixir of Immortality to refill your library (Requires more cards but is almost impossible to stop). Once you have all the pieces you draw three from Arcanis, discard one to MOM to untap him, then draw another three. Once you can't draw more, discard your hand (except for a few choice counters) by tapping your opponents' land/creatures/whatever and untapping your own, then EoI it back into your library. There is a slight chance of EoI being at the very bottom and you can't draw a three-card chunk without decking yourself, so keeping Blue Sun's Zenith or Pull from Tomorrow to draw with more finesse is a good idea.
