Okay, this is me acknowledging that this one probably isn't competitive viable. But damn, if it isn't fun.

Basically, I ramp into Dismiss into Dream, and then all of my things can target their creatures fairly cheaply. The ramp also makes it easy to drop Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius as a win-con, who can also target creatures affected by dismiss.

Frost Breath becomes some pretty sweet removal for two mana, and Vial of Poison can be used to make my mana dorks decent blockers early, or to target opponent's creatures after dismiss comes out. Ral Zarek's +1 also becomes removal.

Warden of Evos Isle on the other hand, allows me to put out niv mizzet on turn 4 at the earliest.
