48 Lands? seems a bit much to have almost half your deck be lands.

The description gives no real excuse as to why the frick frack there are ISLANDS in a MONO RED COMMANDER DECK. get frikkin real i mean come on there aren't even any blue spells in the entire deck.

Some cards you might want to look for as budget considerations are Pyrite Spellbomb, Dreamstone Hedron (it comes in the deck), Hoarding Dragon, Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient, and that's all I can think of at the moment. Also, Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker isn't that great of a card in commander. If he could be your general, he'd be fine, but he doesn't do enough in commander to warrant his spot in the deck. Same with Shrapnel Blast, targeted burn doesn't really DO a lot in Commander. I'd much rather have Blasphemous Act and Starstorm which you already have in the deck :)

maybe Jaya Ballard, Task Mage it gets stuff in the yard and does the removal job you are looking for

also, Goblin Matron she serves the same kind of role as Trinket Mage she only gets one card Goblin Welder but that card is soo good that its worth the cost to get another copy. Flametongue Kavu isnt great, he is fantastic if feldon is the commander, but without feldon, he really isn's special or synergistic with the rest of the deck. Witch Hunt seems out of place, but if it is a metagame call then it is totally reasonable. Coercive Portal seems like a good alternative to Jalum Tome

Coercive Portal seems okay, but Jalum Tome fills my grave, I know that's weird to be important in Mono red, but yeah it's pretty damn important. As for Goblin Matron she seems okay, but I don't know what else to take out for her along with Jaya. Btw the Witch Hunt was added as Oloro, Ageless Ascetic is pretty fucking annoying especially in my meta as you said!

I really like the idea of Megatog. I think you'll defninitley want Mycosynth Lattice in that case though. It would also combo very nicely with Hellkite Tyrant! :D

I think that Krark-Clan Ironworks would be a better option than Krark-Clan Stoker if you want an effect like that. Mycosynth Lattice is really insane in artifact decks, but it usually draws uge amounts of hate since it's really abusable.

Have you considered the Darksteel Reactor + Eternity Vessel + Dismantle combo?

It seems good, but without tutors other than Gamble($20 bucks) it seems rather lackluster to even try to accomplish. @Laucorn
