Thanks a lot Araganor! I was also thinking that Hellkite Tyrantwas a trap, but I was not sure. You convinced me!
About the first part you mentionned, I don't mind being a jerk, but yea, I still want the game to be fun for everybody, like it was when I was playing with the unmodified precon. Thanks a lot for your help!

NNNNGH I love Daretti. F' Nahiri, why can't we have a story or block around the Goblin Pope of the Church of Metal!!
Okay, that's done and over with. I've found a couple cards in the deck are a little counter intuitive with Daretti himself; for example Reliquary Tower sounds awesome but it's preventing you from pitching cards like Wurmcoil Engine or Steel Hellkite into the graveyard and bringing back with Daretti or the wonderful Goblin Welder. A great replacement for it is Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle because having a Lightning bolt late game every turn is amazing in every deck.
Red does have a couple other tutors available to it. Hoarding Dragon is an excellent example, being able to grab any artifact in your deck is excellent and even if you don't get it until it dies, you normally have so many ways to sacrifice or just simply deal damage to it AND its a 4/4 with evasion that can offer a serious beat down. You also have enough Dragons in here that Sarkhan's Triumph also works pretty well. =)
The one thing I will say is don't forget for some early plays too. Thopter Engineer is a personal favorite of mine, Dragon Fodder is also a fine Turn 2 play. I'm unfortunetly away from my deck to try and remember the rest, but I really hope you get as much enjoyment out of this deck as I do mine =)
I've gone a bit of a different way with my own deck though. Instead of Tutors, I much rather just try and go through my deck as fast as possible for all of that graveyard recursion. Dragon Mage is a very political card for EDH, Avaricious Dragon also works too, Commune with Lava is an excellent play on an opponent's turn when you leave all your mana up and they are to scared to do anything to your mighty pile of refuse.

OH!!! One last thing.
There is no planeswalker more budget friendly than Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded. He draws and discards, he punishes players who love to draw and if you do end up hitting his ultimate it's sweet ending your games with other creatures, or even sacrificing them.
Another fun Planeswalker is Koth of the Hammer, he's excellent for ramp in a red deck, AND he basically gives you a machine gun if you are able to ultimate him! He's a little more pricey at around 6-8 dollars but I love drawing into him.

Hellkite Tyrant? Also Sundering Titan is illegal in commander.

Thanks for the visit!
I know that Sundering Titan is banned, but my playgroup is fine about it, our ban list is very small.
As for Hellkite Tyrant, I have considered it, but I think it is a trap. It would be too easy to simply steal/copy it, and I would have an hard time defneding against it. It is too much dangerous to be included in my opinion.

I was in a similar spot to you. The real question is: how big of a jerk do you want to be?
If you just want to win, there are tons of brutal combos you can run in this deck, like Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk or Mindslaver + anything. That's just scratching the surface. That seems pretty boring to me though honestly. Unless your friends are into that sort of thing, in which case there are plenty of primers online to help you there. Tangle Wire is also in a similar boat, I feel like it's just going to get you a bunch of unnecessary hate.
If you're looking for something that's fun to play, and doesn't run a bunch of broken combos, I think I can try and help you there. I've got a pretty budget build from messing with the precon, feel free to take a look: Shinies! (A Tribute to Skritt)
Hellkite Tyrant is definitely a trap. It looks good on paper, but you're rarely going to get to 20 artifacts. What's more than likely going to happen is some blue mage is going to steal/copy your Hellkite Tyrant and swing at you and steal all of your artifacts! Not a great situation >_>
I'll take a closer look at the list later, got some stuff I need to get done. Good luck!
Also, if you feel like it take a look at my main commander deck, it's basically Keranos goodstuff.dec: The Affordable Boltcare Act
