Prototype Dimir-ish deck centered around Circu and other things that work similar to him; Ghastlord of Fugue , his enchantment, and Meddling Mage with Soul Foundry. There's no specific win condition, it's primarily supposed to play quick, cheap control and annoyance spells and lock down the opponent's plays.

Weaknesses I've found so far are mostly speed-related. Help with that would be appreciated.
