I would take some of these changes into consideration.
-2 Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage -2 Gyre Sage +4 Elvish Mystic
Gyre Sage isn't a bad card mind you, but it takes a lot longer to become effective, not even being able to tap until turn three. Elvish Mystics are very cheap and can ramp you up to three mana on turn two. The guildmage has fairly high cost for it's abilities when you can just get cards that have the same effects (and even better) for less mana.
If you're looking into life gain, consider this change.
-2 Angelic Wall -2 Gatecreeper Vine +4 Centaur Healer
and also
-1 Gatecreeper Vine -2 Holy Mantle +3 Heroes' Reunion
The reason for this being, the walls slow you down considerably and don't really add anything worth noting to the deck. Holy Mantle just seems very much out of place in this deck. The other two cards are great for life gain and Centaur Healer is still a 3/3 body for 3 mana and let's you gain 3 life. What's not to love?
If flying cards become an issue for you look into Plummet for your sideboard. Also for your sideboard
-2 Arrows of Justice +2 Celestial Flare
I hope this helped!

I would recommend the addition of 3 more land, for sure.To replace, I'd take out the 3x Gatecreeper Vine .
Try taking out the 2x Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage and 2x Gyre Sage for 4x Experiment One . Also, swap out the 2x Wake the Reflections for 2x more Rootborn Defenses . Last swap I'd make would be pull out the 2x Holy Mantle for 2x more Angelic Wall .
I didn't look into the sideboard though.
I love selesnya decks, keep it up! +1

thanks for the +1 but a made a couple changes. I'm quite sad taking out Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage do the populate ability but no harm, no fowl. Thanks to you both for commenting.

Holy Mantle is a little too expensive, and makes a huge target for removal like Dreadbore . Obviously Voice of Resurgence is good, but they are expensive. I would try to add 2x Fleecemane Lion , another Unflinching Courage , and maybe another Rootborn Defenses , or Gods Willing . You really need 24 lands here, especially since Grove of the Guardian is colorless.
December 20, 2013 5:29 p.m.
K I'll see how the extra mana hoes. over all, no matter what enchantment I put down either Holy Mantle or Unflinching Courage , they would probably be Dreadbore d. I think I'm fine with my 3 Rootborn Defenses .
So mainl'y, to consider Gods Willing instead I'm going to thing on the terms of Brave the Elements instead to cover "all" my creatures

I would say try Brave the Elements over Gods Willing because a lot of your creatures are white (including soldiers from Selesnya Charm ). You might want to look into side boarding Glare of Heresy for Elspeth and whatnot
December 20, 2013 11:56 p.m.
Well those two are touchy. A lot of my G/W cards get out green tokens..alot of them I may add. and only about 16 of my creatures are white and 4 of which are my mana pumps.
December 21, 2013 7:56 a.m.
So first off i have to say this deck looks pretty strong over all. I would probably do -2 Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage -2 Brave the Elements +2 Fleecemane Lion +1 Elvish Mystic +1 Selesnya Charm for the mb.Also -2 Druid's Deliverance -2 Centaur's Herald -2 Plummet -2 Rogue's Passage -1 Selesnya Charm +3 Last Breath +3 Centaur Healer +2 Fade into Antiquity +1 Rootborn Defenses in the sb
This would streamline the deck more and should make the deck faster. Also other great options for mb would be Soldier of the Pantheon and Experiment One

Yea so if you were wanting more of a token approach you may want to add Emmara Tandris . I haven't messed around with tokens that much so idk what does and doesn't work

looks like a good deck. if you're going for cheap cards then I would recommend emmara tandris, seller of songbirds and eyes in the skies. If your willing to put in a fair amount of money then I would recommend voice of resurgence and Elspeth, suns champion.

I'd suggest not using Wayfaring Temple at all. I used to use it in my deck and it CAN be quite good. But on multiple occasions, I was board wiped and the next card I drew was Wayfaring Temple ... Absolutely awful card to draw once that happens. If you find yourself in a situation where you don't have a lot of creatures out already, Wayfaring Temple isn't good at all.
You're also not using some of the best selesnya cards. First one that comes to mind is Voice of Resurgence . Now, it's a VERY expensive card to buy and you would want to run a play set of them. So it's totally understandable if you didn't want to get Voice. However, another one of the best selesnya cards out there is Loxodon Smiter . You could probably get a playset of those for about $20 altogether. Which isn't bad at all considering how good the card is.

Edit: Nevermind, you are using Loxodon Smiter haha. I don't know what I was thinking. Another thing I can suggest is a play set of Fleecemane Lion rather than just running two of them. It's an absolutely fantastic card.
December 21, 2013 3:04 p.m.
Over all, I'm not getting the Voice because I don't want to spend abt $100 on just 4 cards. instead I kicked out a Elvish Mystic for a plains and cut out two Wayfaring Temple s for two Fleecemane Lion
plus some other land maneuvering.

Besides not having Voice in it, this deck reminds me of one of the most BA decks around my local FNM. How do you handle against control? The one at my local FNM was better against control and aggro typically than a mid-range fight, but yours seems like it's more built for beating anyone in a fight than against control.
Love it alot, +1!
December 22, 2013 7:41 a.m.
I hate to make it a short game. so yes, thi is a mostly a bare nuckle deck. it dosn't do to bad with control decks. the Rootborn Defenses and the Brave the Elements help alot being that whn i use one (if it's on my turn) i can block a spell targeting my creatures and give them that extra boost throught their defense making it hit my opponent even harder. the only decks i have seen it do bad aginst is a rakdos and a devotion to red deck. after that, it puts out creatures so fast and at a amount, it staggers most people unable to know how to deal with the creatures.
Over all, thanks for the extra +1 that made my holiday!
December 23, 2013 7:31 p.m.
Depending on what the Rakdos deck is doing to give you trouble, maybe consider Kalonian Tusker? Strange, I know, but if it's aggroing you down, he can provide some early muscle to stall them. Combine with Call of Conclave, 8 3/3 for 2s might be able to keep pace better than what you have.
And I still love it. :)

Alright, so I don't know if you are on a budget with your deck or not, so, here are some cards that if you can get a hold of them it will help you, Voice of Resurgence , two more Loxodon Smiter and Sylvan Caryatid . I would recommend taking out the guildgates and Gatecreeper Vine . You will definitely want another Fleecemane Lion and I would recommend having at least two if not 3 Druid's Deliverance mainboard and a fourth sideboard, it is an amazing card and it gives you an opportunity to swing with all of your creatures. also, you should probably replace your Selesnya Guildgate s with one more Grove of the Guardian and the other three lands slots with basic lands
For sideboard I would say that you should remove Centaur's Herald , Celestial Flare , and add Fade into Antiquity and more Sundering Growth . I would also add a Grove of the Guardian sideboard.
I have a lot more suggestions as to how to make your deck a little more competitive in standard, but these are just some initial changes that will hopefully help your deck.
January 1, 2014 2:52 p.m.
Thanks for they help. I'm going to try to keep my Gatecreeper Vine s because unlike Sylvan Caryatid , it can use a land as a haste type move. busting out that with that wile having 3 lands down and neither one being a Plains (has happened before) and I can pull on out any play oune of my many two cast creatures. Then next turn I can play either my Trostani or my Advent (OR maybe even my Grove...)
I tried to add more Fleecemane Lion into the deck but since a lot of people around my area recognize my with the Deadly Recluse , it can stall just enough time to build my defensive wall.
P.S. My deck can't handle another colorless land. I used to have a 2 Rogue's Passage and my deck had a hard mana lift
Thanks for all the help though. I'll try to rework my sideboard a little from your suggestion.
January 1, 2014 5:17 p.m.
Instead of Gatecreeper Vine , I suggest Sylvan Caryatid . Think about it... +1 for me otherwise :D

I love to see another selesnya standard deck out there! I recommend Wake the Reflections over Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage , it's a lot cheaper with the same effect. Check out my green/white selesnya deck on my page and let me know what you think. +1!
January 4, 2014 4:30 p.m.
I would swap them out but there is nothing like paying 4 mana at anytime to populate. it's like a Advent of the Wurm always in you hand or populating an 8/8 with only 4 mana. sadly with Wake the Reflections , it can only be used once even though it only casts one mana.
January 4, 2014 11:12 p.m.
the more enchantments and non-creature spells you have, the worse wayfaring temple is. I would either take out all your enchantments for creatures, or
-2 Wayfaring Temple for +2 Loxodon Smiter .
-2 Deadly Recluse . you don't really need this anti-agro card when playing your deck.
+1 Sylvan Caryatid +1Selesnya Charm (from the sideboard). -2 Rogue's Passage +3 Mistcutter Hydra in sideboard -2 something +2 Elvish Mystic . Then if you add mistcutter to mainboard you could go T1 elvish mystic, T2 sylvan caryatid and another mystic, or 3 more elvish mystics. T3, you have 6 or 7 mana with mistcutter. play 5/5 or 6/6 with haste on turn 3 isn't bad.

@[email protected]: thaks for the help and I will consider this. Some of the cards you listed above like Sunpetal Grove and Parallel Lives are both out of cycle. I have 4 of the Sunpetal Grove and 2 Parallel Lives that I was able to get when there were in standard. Over all I will conider getting rid of my Gatecreeper Vine and Seraph of the Sword .
Also, the reason for the Holy Mantle is that who wouldn't like a 10/10 Elemental with vigilance and has protection from creatures! also it gives my Wayfaring Temple an open shot at the opponent.
plus, my Gyre Sage helps a lot with the ramping of mana. for just one more I can have the ability to tap it for more then needed populate that sprout from Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage .
So Overall, I will try to get 2 more Loxodon Smiter s and another Rootborn Defenses and Druid's Deliverance
