UPDATES: More graveyard hate with Scavenger Grounds and Relic of Progenitus , improved mana base with shocklands and fetchlands, upgraded tutor cards that are out of my RL deck's actual budget, adding cards that take advantage of opponents such as Mirage Mirror .

This deck is built around the monarch mechanic and then giving the crown away to your opponents to fight around. The idea is to play Queen Marchesa to bring the monarch into the game and let someone take it, while you slowly gain advantage and finish off your opponents who have used their cards against each other.

Game plan:

• Play Queen Marchesa and offer someone the crown (for friendship of course).
• Once someone has the crown, the deck tries to help the opponents getting it for themselves with cards such as: Crown of Doom , Rite of the Raging Storm .
• Drawing a card should be good incentive for opponents to attack each other while defensive cards such as: Ghostly Prison , Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker , Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs , Windborn Muse , Dread , No Mercy . Will discourage people from attacking you while you slowly build up your board or help you keep the monarch if you need some card draw.
• Fumiko the Lowblood , Disrupt Decorum will kick in those who refuse to play the game of thrones. The deck doesn't want to draw too much aggro by forcing opponents to attack but sometimes they need a little push.
• When the opponents will still want to stop your game plan, these cards help you fight through with value: Wild Ricochet , Teferi's Protection , Swiftfoot Boots , Beacon of Unrest , Mimic Vat
• Once the opponents used up their resources against each other, it's time to finish the game with: Gisela, Blade of Goldnight , Sheoldred, Whispering One , Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite

Exclusions:

• Sol Ring , Temple of the False God : The deck wants to have the right colours of mana rather than have more colourless mana.
• Insurrection : It gets boring when the card just makes it so that you win instantly. Sheoldred, Whispering One is the replacement for it, it generates value slower.
• Any other monarch cards: The deck isn't interested in keeping the crown unless for extra card draws and Queen Marchesa herself is a crown on demand in the command zone. Custodi Lich is just really good value and possible repeatable edict effect.
• Phyrexian Arena : I rather pay mana upfront for immediate card draws rather than pay mana for card draw that will break even over several turns in comparison.
