Hail to the Queen, Baby

Queen Marchesa is my all-time favourite commander and this is my current version of her domain. The deck consists of a few parts, as I don't like quadrupling-down on strategies and like having a bit of flexibility. The primary goal is fun, though obviously I aim to win games. There are also cards I've included for flavour reasons: Royal Assassin or Palace Siege. That being said, I always seek to improve if possible, so all suggestions welcome, as long as you adhere to a few simple rules:

• If you suggest a card, suggest one to remove.
• Cards listed below in the spoiler are cards that I will never remove, so suggest something else to be removed instead.

There used to be alternative ways of gaining monarchy like Palace Jailer but now I'm more about protecting the crown than taking it back. Should I lose it, I can always replay my commander or use her tokens to get it back.

The "Please Don't Shoot" strategy exists to get people to attack in a direction far away from my side of the table. On top of keeping either my life high or my enemies' resources low this helps me retain the monarchy. These include:
- Norn's Annex: pay with your blood!
- Ghostly Prison: pay with your mana!
- Royal Assassin or Spear of Heliod: pay with your best attacking creature!

Capital Idea

Capitalising on many, many tokens (in fact, I believe it's ALL OF THEM ) there are a few cards which eventually take over the game and let me easily win through sheer overwhelming splendor. These include Archangel of Thune, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Assemble the Legion + Purphoros, God of the Forge and more. Generally speaking: if it gets better the more creatures I have, the more I want it in this deck.
