Mono Blue Devotion? Gruul Rush? Jund Midrange? Esper/ Azorious Control? Who wants to see more net decks? I know I don't!

The inspiration behind this deck is build up and lock down. As you'll notice, I don't have a single wincon less than a 5 drop. Why? Because I don't need any!

My starting game is a pit of synergy and control, ramping out scary threats like Assemble the Legion or AEtherling and walling off/ removing threats.

Axebane Guardian and Sylvan Caryatid work amazingly together, both fixing my colors, and accelerating my board into a crazy mid game.

Curse of the Swine and/ or Mizzium Mortars wreak 17 different flavors of havoc on the board, turning scary badasses into delicious bacon. If I'm just not finding wincons in my draws, I can even turn my unstoppable wall into an army of collectively blessed boars!

And that brings me to Collective Blessing! Coupled with (everything really, but primarily) Assemble the Legion, the board gets stupid crazy stupid fast. Plus AEtherling becomes a potential 14/1 assassin... With just 1 blessing. But 2? He becomes "Aetherling, Player Devourer", a potential 20/1 unblockable for 11 mana, which I have absolutely no problems getting.

Yeah, easy 11 mana. That even makes things like Colossus of Akros viable, so why not??.

"But Killkow, what if your opponents have their own armies that are too big to block?"... Have you seen Sphere of Safety?? You might think 1 mana per enchantment? Big deal! ... and you'd be right. It's a very big deal! They get out of hand brutally fast, and work with Assemble the Legion, Collective Blessing, and the sideboarded Detention Sphere's, and guess what. They stack! If you really want to piss someone off, tell them they can't attack unless the pay 32 mana... for each creature.

So if you're tired of the same old meta, filled with Master of Waves, Nightveil Specter, Sphinx's Revelation, and Blood Baron of Viskopa , try...

DEFEND TO DEATH

Now for the gameplay.

You can keep a hand if you have 1 of 3 conditions.

1: Axebane Guardian and/ or Sylvan Caryatid are there to accelerate into fixed mana.

2: Your hand is controlly enough to stall/ stagger the opponent with random assortments of Dissolve , Detention Sphere, Curse of the Swine, etcetera.

3: You have so many humongous walls that they can't do much beside sit there and look pretty while you dig to wincons.

Updates Add

After much playtesting with one of my all-time favorite decks I've boiled down the deck quite a bit, and really like the turn out. It's not a Tier 1 deck by all means, but it's rediculous amounts of fun and makes every game either extremely exciting, or just steamroll's the opponent. I just began testing the Into the Wilds after some skeptical speculation, but it's working quite nicely so far.

The only major changes that need to be made is replacing every single dual land with a scryland, and getting a couple Sphinx's revalation, but these are well beyond my budget at the moment. Also some sideboard modification.
