Hey so this my first deck and I focused on counters and returning cards to the players hand. Most monsters have fly or something that makes them unblockable and a few cards that destroy monsters.

The strategies of this deck are

...

1. Using Deathcult Rogue or a flying type with any of the cipher cards ie Shadow Slice, Stolen Identity or Call of the Nightwing

2. Using copy or Stolen Identity to copy high level creatures

3. Returning cards to the players hand with Retraction Helix and tapping cards like Servant of Tymaretor Arbiter of the Ideal (This may also be used in conjunction with counters for emergencies)

4. Countering or flat out destroying cards with Necrobite (good for tapping creatures), Psychic Strike, Cancel, Nullify, Ultimate Price (Helps with stalling and keeping cards on the field)

5. Use Ring of Three Wishes to set up strategy and draw and scry effects to get Consuming Aberration

6. Using [[Skyblinder Staff],Ultimate Price,Necrobite to kill those pesky flying deathtouch creatures or stop any nasty effects

7. And of course the 1 to two turn win. using Distortion Strike with Consuming Aberration
