Guttersnipe a classic wil further increase damage and especially when Nivix Cyclops comes out. for budget replace shock lands with basic lands. you can cast just burn or just turn and Spellheart chimera's attack increases by 2. low drop spells that cost even lower.

Judge: Goblin Electromancer and Volcanic Geyser is a fun combo. Declare "x" as the number of mountians you tap + your goblin electromancers , the cost reduction takes effect after you declare x, (1 Goblin Electromancer 2 mountian you declare x as 2 and it will deal 2 damage).Skull crack is anti- lifegain, disperse to wipe the feild, aqueous form to control your draw, Volcanic Geyser as an "Unload" if you have a lot of mana. Spellheart Chimera only gets +1 power from split card spells. Sideboard swan song for anti-counter, turn your countered spell into a 2/2 bird and break the chain!

If you don't mind the cost put in 2x Ral Zarek for the 2 [[spellheart chimera and 4 Steam Vents for 4 lands
