This is a fun deck that I made. It takes a little while to get going, but once it does, it's really hard to keep up, mostly because the Notion Thief keeps my opponent's from drawing their cards again when I use a Jace's Archivist or Whispering Madness. I have yet to try this in a multiplayer setting, but I think it would outperform most other mill decks, so long as you can get a Laboratory Maniac out in time.
That being said, this is pretty much your standard self-mill deck, but you are drawing your cards instead of milling them. Go ahead and try this deck out, and tell me what happens.
