My first attempt at a reasonably sized, somewhat competitive deck. Basically a deck based on countering things. Mono Blue. It is not standard, but i don't play much standard, so im not concerned. No real draw engine, except for Jace Beleren and Tezzeret's Gambit. Comments and suggestions are much appreciated. ;) Be gentle, it is my first attempt at something this small, that isn't a toolbox.

Edit: Since my limit is Under eighty, added a few more cards, including some great draw help with Consecrated Sphinx, along with a little more counter-ability with Arcane Denial
