What better place to secretly set up nukes than in EDH? And what better non-threatening-looking commander than Kambal, Consul of Allocation to hide our true intentions?

At our taxpayer’s first glance, we’re simply taxing and making it more difficult for them to take any of our power or money.

But what we’re really up to is building bombs with those hard-working taxpayer dollars.

Bombs: Aetherflux Reservoir : straight-up nuke

Bolas's Citadel combos: The second ability makes any of the X-cost sorceries top deck nukes - Exsanguinate, Debt to the Deathless And the most fun may be that of the dragon-God‘s arrival, Torment of Hailfire *(evil laughter with hands turned upward required)

Since we’re constantly gaining life, it’ll be easy to pour 40 or so life->mana into these and go big boom boom.

Another way to make nukes, especially if we don’t have a citadel, is with lots of mana. Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , Nirkana Revenant, Crypt Ghast, Caged Sun, and Liliana of the Dark Realms

And we’re taxing for everything.

We tax for having more resources than us:
Land Tax

Drawing cards? There’s a fee:
Smothering Tithe, Fate Unraveler

We tax for attacking:
Norn's Annex, Revenge of Ravens Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety

We tax for playing spells: Mana Tithe, Blind Obedience, Authority of the Consuls, Aura of Silence, Suture Priest, Kambal, Consul of Allocation

We tax for our own spells too: Rhystic Tutor, Suture Priest

You’ll have to pay for that death: Athreos, God of Passage, Blood Artist, Revel in Riches

And for time passing: Palace Siege, Drana's Emissary

Taxes must be enforced by law: Kunoros, Hound of Athreos

We can also use those tax dollars for: Removal- Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, Karlov of the Ghost Council

Card Draw- Greed, Necropotence, Damnable Pact, Well of Lost Dreams

and an alternate win-con: Revel in Riches

All suggestions are welcome. My playgroup doesn’t play competitive. I personally don’t like infinite combos or “you win” cards, (except Revel in Riches)
