In the main you could put Kolaghan's Command down to 2 copies, in the sideboard you could put Hallowed Moonlight down to 2 copies. I think that would be pretty solid. I wanna make this deck now!

yoshiman95 the Thoughtseize is fine, I like the one copy in the main because I don't really mind when I draw it. If it is early that's great, I can protect my threats, make sure I'm not blown out and all that good stuff. But it also makes my opponent think I'm going to thoughtseize again at anypoint. So they will play differently. Sometimes not holding onto a spell for fear that I take it. If I draw it late then I can use it test the water's for a potential win

Are you hoping to be able to activate Tasigur with just Mana Confluence?? I think that the chance of having Tasigur and 2x Mana Confluence is just too low. If you are only running Tasigur for effecient damage, i would recommend Gurmag Angler, as it kills rhino and tasigur.

I am just using him as an efficient beater. I did try angler for a while but that extra mana is often the difference between one and two spells a turn. I'm currently pretty spell dense so removing an opposing tasigur or rhino isn't that hard.
