Update 2 —Sept. 11, 2016
Added Serum Visions for more draw and snuck in a Murkfiend Liege to make my creatures tougher and more likely to win from that.
I also got a tad meta and swapped Cackling Counterpart for Clone
"But Sir_Person! That's less clone spells!" You say
Technically true but now you can stop decks that focus big creatures in their tracks. Clone's one of the only. well clone spells. that can copy creatures your opponents control but Haha! Mine's stronger since it's also a +2 +2 Master Biomancer Mutant AND getting buffed by Murkfiend Liege!
Lastly threw in a Alchemist's Refuge because flash in a deck like this is always good
I really want that Mercy Killing in to make the Chasm Skulker Double explode into squids AND elves at will but I can't think of anything to sacrifice for it.
Since Biovisionary triggers on each end step, Mirrorweaving it wins your opponent the game if they have 4 creatures, due to how triggers resolve. Just be wary of using the spell during your own turn. Consider Fated Infatuation, also.

i would suggest having a Murkfiend Liege to give an extra boost for simic colors, and maybe a Prophet of Kruphix to help flash in more of your creatures if you want an easier win.
