My second attempt at tribal! This is a modified Explorers of the Deep precon. Surf's up!

I'd like this to be streamlined for casual games, and I'm not aiming for a high competitive level. I'm hoping to keep upgrades within my collection or relatively cheap otherwise. My collection includes hundreds of older cards (mostly commons) that could go into this deck, but very few with any synergy. Any advice would be appreciated.

(I haven't played it much - I'm looking forward to getting a feel for it.)
