Alright so lets have a real description. Insect Tribal turbo-fog with lots of card draw.

The aim of the game is to draw-go a lot. Do everything you can on other people's turns. You have absurd amounts of fog effects in this deck so dont be afraid to use them to fend off even small attacks. Your opponents will stop attacking you and go after easier targets. Darkness is a great surprise the first time: "Oh you can't possibly have a fog effect now, all you have open is black mana. I swing for 25." "I cast Darkness"

Get Xira out as quickly as possible. You need card draw. Leave one of each mana open whenever possible, so that you can trigger the draw ability on the last end-step before your untap phase, and even if you have to use a fog effect and can't card draw, prioritize not taking damage over drawing cards. You need a reputation of being untouchable through sheer numbers of anti-combat damage effects.

This deck is fairly budget, without Azusa, Lost but Seeking its only about 70 dollars, and she's only in this deck cause I like land ramp and cause of the new modern bannings, i can't use my ovinomancer deck any more :(. That's beside the point though. Azusa can be easily swapped out for Summer Bloom, or even just a ramp card like Explosive Vegetation.

One of the most powerful cards in the deck is Sunstone . Now look at the snow-covered lands. Now back to Sunstone . You now are immune to damage. Venomous Dragonfly and any fog effect is very very good. It doesn't need to deal damage, like deathtouch, it just needs to block.

There's all sorts of other neat little interactions, but I can't think of them right now. I'm considering adding some off color counterspells but i haven't decided yet.
