Introduction

Meta-game has changed a lot, and had to tune up my list. My new is basically focused on burn centric, same as before. Although, I have added Sushi combo this time for some reasons.

12 enablers and choice lands

I used to run 10 enablers and lots of non-basic colorful lands. This was due to my Excel calculation, but I have found out that there were error in my sheet.

So, I decided to write simulation program for Turn2 Yuriko with Python. (My algorithm is based on Monte Carlo method) From my simulation, I have found out that "12" is the minimum number needed for achieving Turn2 Yuriko by around 90%. Also, I was able to add so many basic lands to play Back to Basics safely.

Adding Combo

I was not using combo before Flash was banned. Now, Flash is banned, and number cards chosen against Sushi has decreased. This means it is easier for me to use Sushi combo.

Also, game has become slower than before. Games are becoming more struggle and would be difficult to keep on attacking with Yuriko. Although, slower game means there are more chances for me to wait until I correct enough counters to protect my combo.

Minimum number of extra turns

I used to love extra turns, but not anymore. Thanks to Deflecting Swat. Because of this card, I have removed all the extra turns that has "target player" in its text. Instead of extra turns I used to run, I have added searching cards, Intuition and Spellseeker.
