Basic setup is to get a bunch of small creatures onto the battlefield then bounce combat tricks off of Zada, Hedron Grinder to cause mass insanity.

Creatures

Delver of Secrets   - A one drop guy that frequently turns into a 3/2 flyer! This guy is a great fit given how many non-creature spells are in this deck. In every playtest I did, he always transforms.

Monastery Swiftspear - Great one-drop with haste and prowess. With all the combat tricks we're using, Prowess will trigger pretty frequently. (Yes, I know that Prowess doesn't trigger off of spell copies that Zada produces.)

Dragon Fodder - Not a creature, strictly speaking, but it makes two Goblin tokens.

Zada, Hedron Grinder - The star of this deck. Without her, it's just a token swarm. That said, her CMC of 4 does make her tricky to cast, and she does make for a very high-value target.

Combat tricks

Dance of the Skywise - Good for defense or offense.

Defiant Strike - Cheap to cast and good card draw. However, it's probably the weakest link in this deck.

Refocus - Card draw and untaps chump blockers. Bounce off of Zada for hilarious results.

Retraction Helix - A good way to handle creatures that are tricky to work around as well as trip the opponent up as said creatures will need to be recast. This works best when cast during your opponent's turn before attackers are declared.

Titan's Strength - HULK SMASH, then scry. What's not to like? Great in a bunch of different circumstances.

Valorous Stance - This is a good multitasker. Heavy creature on the other side? Take 'em out. Zada getting targeted with bad stuff, or a board wipe coming your way? Defend your entire army.

Ramp

Vessel of Volatility - With this in place can ramp into Zada a turn early, or save some mana for additional combat tricks or other red spells later.

The main weaknesses of this deck are that it's very reliant on Zada, who has a comparatively high mana cost, and that it's a tri-color deck but without a strong base of fetchlands.

I know they'd do wonders here, but they're frankly outside of my price range, and this deck is more for funsies. Suggestions are welcome!

+2 Refocus

+2 Retraction Helix

+4 Delver of Secrets  Flip

+2 Krenko's Command

+2 Island

Delver of Secrets  Flip did, in fact, work much better than Nivmagus Elemental. While the Elemental could theoretically swing for more damage, it required very specific setups and was utterly reliant on having Zada, Hedron Grinder on the field to bounce spells off of. Delver doesn't have this capacity for spike damage, but it was far more reliable and consistent.

Krenko's Command accomplished much of what Mogg War Marshal was doing with less fuss while simultaneously serving as additional triggers to make Delver of Secrets  Flip transform. Also only used two of these because in playtesting, having two full playsets of token generators was more than I'd ever use, and I was wary of having only 20 mana in this deck so I threw in a couple more Islands to round things out.

Slip Through Space isn't a bad card, but it seemed to slow things up since it could only work at Sorcery speed. Also, this deck rarely has creatures swinging hard enough at the time of declaring attacks to be worth telegraphing; the big hits come in the form of Instant-speed spells after the declare blockers phase. Two copies each of Retraction Helix and Refocus seem to accomplish similar goals of card draw and board control.
