Zada, Hedron Grinder is quite a powerful card! I've built a few decks using her, but these are the cards I keep coming back to that make her go bonkers. So it's not a full EDH deck! For those, see Token Storm Zada, America Pumps it up, Zada Wort. Feel free to copy and modify!

The main idea is to play a bunch of creatures and/or tokens, cast Zada, Hedron Grinder or one of the #Duplicate similar cards, and then cast a one mana cantrip card like Crimson Wisps to start drawing 3-7 cards for one mana. There's also some sweet payoff cards to actually win the game with, like Heat Shimmer, Soul's Fire, and Become Immense. Snap can also generate an insane amount of mana, especially with Radiate.

From a deck construction perspective, you need at least 10 spells that can target Zada for profit. Probably 10 cantrips is safest, since they won't slow the deck down very much anyway. With 10 spells, Zada can also just be a sub-theme of a token deck rather than one of the main build-arounds.
