The goal is to make a Deck based around zada, the storm mechanic (grapeshot) as well as give myself an additional win condition using laboratory maniac.

This needs some ironing out especially mana and ramp creature wise with my final list.

I'd love some info on what i can do to make this deck more consistent and resistant to burn/black kill.

Ideally your opening hand with this is a forest, mana confluence, elvish mystic, rattleclaw mystic, and zada hedron grinder. I find that you can draw onto spells easily, but i would prefer starting with a cerulean wisp and another mana in my hand if given the choice.

basically...

T1-> Forest, Elvish mystic

T2-> Tap land/Forest/Mana confluence, Rattleclaw Mystic

T3-> Any land, Zada, Hedron Grinder

T4-> Forest/Mana confluence, tap creatures for mana, target zada with a cantrip drawing cards and untapping creatures, combo out with your hand of several cantrips now untapping creatures as you go, drop a laboratory maniac if you think you'll deck yourself or grapeshot them for 20 x2
