High-level goal here is to set up burn-on-discard effects like Liliana's Caress, but instead of using something like The Rack that damages when opponents don't have cards, I try to use effects that fuel them having cards like Burning Inquiry. Side goal: I mostly play multiplayer games, so where possible this should also favor each player/opponent cards.

Waste Not has the potential to be generating a fair amount of zombie chumps, but Refocus + Retraction Helix + Zada, Hedron Grinder might turn those zombie chumps into a nice chunk of board clearance. That would also let me pop Jace's Archivist multiple times per turn to get rid of all those things I just bounced.

This deck doesn't seem to be going very combat heavy, but Barbed Shocker + Fireshrieker + Whispering Madness is very tempting.
