This deck is designed to be played politically, discouraging opponents from attacking you with rattlesnake like cards, but still maintaining enough board presence to be a threat (although you generally don't want to be the biggest threat), all the while allocating resources to other players to try to get them to do your bidding when possible. I will try to expand the description when possible.
