I came across a deck that was build around Springjack Shepherd the other day and was immediatly inclinged to try and make a deck around this guy. He just seems to funny to not give it a try. And Although Zedruu is technically a minotaur, if you take a good look at her, you have to admit she is actually a goat, hence the title of the deck.
Strategy is pretty straightforward : build up some white devotion, and then play Springjack Shepherd while Purphoros, God of the Forge and/or Impact Tremors is on the table.
The idea is to either win with the damage you do through a Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors , or to end up with a lot of goat tokens that are buffed with Spear of Heliod and Intangible Virtue

Springjack Shepherd : the core of the deck. He's our main token generator
Auriok Champion : gives us 2 devotion to white, has some evasion AND will gain us some life when the tokens are generated
Kithkin Harbinger : 1 devotion to white and mainly to tutor up Springjack Shepherd
Eldrazi Displacer : 1 devotion to white, but his main pupose is to flicker Springjack Shepherd. Pro over Flickerwisp is that he can flicker each turn
Flickerwisp : another way to flicker Springjack Shepherd. Pro over Eldrazi Displacer : he can also be used to temporaly remove some obstructions your oponent might have on the board, so you can swing with all of your goats
Hissing Iguanar : he doesn't really fit into the theme, but I added him as an insurance against mass removal
Purphoros, God of the Forge : one of the main win cons, 2 damage to each opponent for each goat (creature) that enters the battlefield
Impact Tremors : increases the damage for creatures entering the battlefield.
Rise of the Hobgoblins : I felt that I needed another means of generating tokens as relying on Springjack Shepherd might leave me to vunrable. I can flicker this one with Flickerwisp aswell, so he's a bit of my back up plan in case someone removes all of my sheperds with Surgical Extraction or so.
Intangible Virtue and Spear of Heliod : buff the tokens so you can swing with them if needed
Havent tested the deck yet, and not sure if it'll work, but if I can get it to go off once, it will have been worth it to try.
