The goal of me making this deck was to make the most interactive deck that gets the whole table communicating and voting on how we want to change the state of the board. The cards in this deck are similar to the Resolutions in Civ 5's world congress with enchantments and artifacts that buff or hinder curtain players as a means to level the playing field. To prevent people from rioting and over throwing the court the deck runs a lot of pillow fort cards. This deck slows down the games and for that reason allows combo players to build up there combos too effectively. To disrupt this the deck runs a lot of wheels.
