Ohthenoises, trust me. I have considered trying to make Deadbridge Chant more of a center piece. The problem is, the meta is still a bit too fast for that to work. There are also more efficient ways to filter your graveyard for a more selective fetching, such as Deathrite Shaman , Cremate , Memory's Journey , etc.

And to answer your question about tough matchups, I, along with many other decks that don't maindeck mass removal, have troubles with Bant Hexproof in games 1. Post board, I have a slightly better chance but they still have the upper hand if they got their hexproof creatures out nice and early. This deck also usually can't keep up with the sheer card advantage pre-board Junk Rites has, especially if they are on the play. Getting Acidic Slime locked before you can gather 5 mana hurts. A lot.

Other than that, this deck does very well against aggro and has good resilience against control and still keeps up pressure thanks to planeswalkers and Deadbridge Chant . I have yet to play a RBW or Junk Aristocrats deck and I have a feeling it should do alright.
