Premise:

Ziatora, the Incinerator has changed his devilish ways and embraced his dragon half; instead of burning the world, he has started to amass a horde of wealth beyond imagining. Everything is theirs to devour, to consume, and to exploit. Before your opponents know it, you'll have mana to spare, treasures aplenty, and steal victory before their very eyes. This deck has several options to deal with enemies, either with combat, alternate win conditions, or politics with the table. Of course, the main focus is on Treasure and its production. Once the system is up, you can easily be producing 40+ treasures a turn.

Main Goals:

  • Get a consistent token sacrifice outlet up and running
  • Generate treasures
  • Profit

Tutors:

Vampiric Tutor + Diabolic Intent + Diabolic Revelation + Demonic Tutor + Grim Tutor + Imperial Seal :

Use these tutors to search for combo pieces. Your first and primary search should almost always be for Magda, Brazen Outlaw due to her ability to become a tutor for only 5 treasures. She synergizes exceptionally well with the treasure theme, and essentially becomes an infinite tutor for any creature/artifact you want. Her ability also can be triggered at any time, meaning you could pull out Hellkite Tyrant at the player before yours' end step and win immediately without any responses.

As a backup, Kuldotha Forgemaster can also be a very useful artifact tutor.

Gameplan (Turns):

Early Game (Turn 1-4):

Early game, your goal is to ramp and get all three colors available, either through lands or by generating treasures. Tutoring for Magda, Brazen Outlaw is also very smart, as not only does she generate treasures herself, but her ability makes her an extremely useful tool for later. This phase of the plan ends as soon as you are able to get the commander on the field.

Mid Game (Turn 5-8):

Now your goal is to get your production going, like a well oiled machine. The tools you will need are any of the cards within Token-Makers and the Production-Line. With one or two of each, you'll notice you're able to produce insane amounts of treasure every turn. Bootleggers' Stash should be the second thing you always tutor for, either with Magda or any other tutor. Getting things like Doubling Season and Parallel Lives up on the field can really speed things up. If you already have a solid board, using Magda for Maskwood Nexus allows you to grab any creature you want. Treasure-Eaters are great things to start setting up, as cards like Juri, Master of the Revue and Mayhem Devil really start to add up with all the treasures and tokens being sacrificed.

End Game (Turn 9-11):

With all the mana and treasures at your disposal, it's time to win. There are a few win conditions possible here: Combat, Artifacts, or X spells; all labeled as Finishers. With so much treasure and mana to work with, and plenty of X-spells and combos to work with, you shouldn't have any problem winning from here.
