Zirlan of the claw is one of those old cards that seems like it was made for the commander format, being able to pull out dragons out of your deck at will is one of the more powerful things you could be doing. While there are no actual combos sometimes it feels like you are when you are able to pull out multiple dragons a turn, double and copying them and their triggers then take a few extra combat steps. My deck is somewhere in between the perm, sac and recycle, and the just burning dragons versions of the deck. I don't own the most powerful of mana ramp, but I consider 2 mana rocks to be important enough to mull to.
