clay3899 Yes, this deck is Standard. Why do you ask?

He's asking because of the legality errors marked on board because the T/O database for card and format legality has been a little wonky lately.

When I viewed it it said Katilas, traitor of ghet, Stoneforge, hissing quagmire, and masterworks were illegal. Very strange I think your deck has a glitch because I already know those are legal..

However you may also want to go into edit and resave your deck. If you made the OGW additions before they were actually rotated into Standard legality than they will continue to be "illegal" because of how the tappedout legality read works. It only check for legality when the deck is edited. So if you go into edit and maybe just remove and then re-add a card, when you save it again it should say that it's legal.

Is the price it has on this page with or without sideboard cards included?

Wheat_N_Barley I believe all decks have mainboard and sideboard included.

How does the deck do with all those delve creatures in a standard with Reflector Mage running around? Does it mill fast enough to keep up?

Teknetic I don't actually own this deck in paper. I've debated going out and buying it, but rotation is going to crap on a large portion of this deck. I'm looking to SOI for most of the changes. I also haven't tested this deck out against other decks in the meta, partially because I think it's kind of irrelevant if I'm not going to use it, and partially because I'm not a huge Standard player anymore. However, if I were to guess, 4 delve creatures isn't a lot, and I have plenty of mill. It might be annoying, but I don't think it would be a big issue. Thanks for checking this out!

nateblego ninjaclevs13 Eiyros TMBRLZ HEY YOU GUYYYYYYS!

Bet you thought I was done with this deck! With the new SOI spoilers, Zombies is a supported Tribal! We haven't seen all the spoilers, but Relentless Dead and Diregraf Collosus are already enough to make it insane. I'm thinking of dropping blue, as blue is mostly only good for Sultai Ascendancy and Sidisi, which will be rotating out(not to mention it's way easier on the mana base). However, blue does provide some self mill that will be pretty essential. What other cards should I add that have been spoiled? This will be in a perpetual development phase until all the spoilers have been announced, but I want to get a jump start before Zombie Tribal starts popping up everywhere. Feel free to tag anybody you think could help!

Looks solid, and I love the name lol. +1

Thanks Jimmy_Chinchila! Unfortunately, our namesake is rotating out soon, but I think I have a name that's almost as good. Super pumped for Zombie Tribal in SOI!

March 23, 2016 10:32 p.m.

Yeah that'll be sick. Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip would be good, even as a 1-of. You'll have to make a modern version to use that awesome name :)

My first thought was...Wow! 4 Jace. My second thought was I want to make a good suggestion. Give me some time to look this and SOI over. +1 for now.

Compelling Deterrence should be considered.

Casey4321 Thanks for checking this out! As for the 4 Baby Jace, I don't actually own them. This deck is just on the web for now. I did consider Compelling Deterrence, but I decided not to go for it because Madness is back and I figured it's going to help my opponent more than its going to hurt them.

Won't Despise rotate out?

Yep, good catch brokendwarf. Any ideas of what to replace it with?

I'm a fan of Fleshbag Marauder or Languish for dealing with those pesky indestructible/hexproof creatures

qgameracep Thanks man! Glad to see someone else pumped for Zombies in SOI. Thanks for the +1!

brokendwarf Sorry, for some reason I missed your comment notification. Anyway, I'm going to have to shoot down Languish, as it wipes all of my creatures as well, including any tokens I might have made. Even with recurrable creatures, it's very annoying to build up my boardstate. I might consider it a one-of in the SB, but I'm not a huge fan of it in this deck. Fleshbag Marauder, however, is great! I can't believe I missed this guy. I want to incorporate at least 2 in my MB. I'm thinking -1 Geralf's Masterpiece and -1 Diregraf Colossus for +2 Fleshbag Marauder. I'll put one more in my SB, but that still leaves 2 slot in my SB. What do you think should go in? Perhaps another Negate?

March 29, 2016 8:36 p.m.

amazingdan says... #23

Whoops, sorry, 1 slot in my SB. I will actually put Languish in because I'm expecting a lot of Tribal Aggro in this coming meta.

March 29, 2016 8:37 p.m.

qgameracep says... #24

About the comment above I think you might want to cut something else because the Colossus is the best synergy with fleshbag because you just sac the tapped token it makes because it is a cast trigger and the fleshbag triggers when it etbs so you basically lose nothing

qgameracep True, but think of the other 3-drops it's competing with. Ruinous Path is the only removal I have in the entire deck, which is imperative as it can target both creatures and Planeswalkers. Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip is just an amazing card. Even if you draw multiples, you can Legend rule and flip one. It's probably the best card in the deck, besides Jace. Prized Amalgam is the absolute best recurrence in the deck, no contest. Let's say, for example, your Relentless Dead dies on t4. You pay to bring it back to your hand and to bring back a Screeching Skaab. This triggers any number of Prized Amalgam in your GY, bringing them all back. It is completely insane, and I can't have it any less than a 4-of. Although it pains me to cut any card in this deck, Diregraf Colossus is the most expendable card in the 3-drop slot.
