Solving the problems of the classic LoR Deck

Classic Rakdos LoR Deck
Cheat Fatties
Double Damage
Hey squad, if you look through this collection give me a comment, I put my hard work online for y'all to critique. I first built this super aggressive, almost all the cards were dedicated to getting Rakdos out on turn 4, and then casting everything turn 5 to assert full table dominance on turn 6. It was very high risk / high reward and it never worked. Rakdos would get immediately denied, 100% of the time. So I toned the aggression down a bit and landed here. Lemme know what you think, It's not gonna get much better without your help!
This deck's pretty straight forward. Regardless, here's a step by step for your first 5 turns.

1. Land
2. Land + rock or pinger
3. Land + rock or pinger
4. Rakdos
These first 4 turns are 100% towards casting Rakdos. Do anything you can to get him out. Literally Vampiric Tutor for a Swamp if you need one
4b. Rakdos will get killed. Send him the the grave
5. Reanimate Rakdos
- Land - Tapped lands don't get me Rakdos turn 4
- Fixing - It's not ramp, it helps get BBRR required for Rakdos. Has to be colored and playable by turn 3
- Card Draw - No 3 drops. That's for rocks and pingers
- Pingers - Has to 100% get Rakdos out. Has to be <3 mana. Preferred mono color and multiplayer
- Fatties - Game winners only. <11 mana preferred
- Tutors - Turns into cards I need for The Plan
- Removal - Tell whiners to get removal. Don't be a hypocrite
- Reanimate - For people with removal
- Control - Keeps The Plan uninterrupted
- Dubs - Nothing like eating 20 and then seeing an Archfiend of Despair hit the board
- Other - Accessories
With a scripted first 5 turns, your first hand is very important. Don't be afraid to mully down. If your hand's not at least close to this, you're not going to do well. You might as well gamble with less cards then do poorly with more cards.

Ideal Starting Hand
3 lands
1 mana rock
1 pinger
1 reanimate spell
1 fatty

-Reanimate and Fatties are the least important; you don't NEED them to cast Rakdos, but you do need them to play
-Draw spells and tutors are wild card, hopefully they'll get you what you need
-Lands have to be at least one of each color, you can't cast Rakdos with 3 Swamps
So it's turn 5 and the Boss didn't get murked, or it's turn 6 and you got Zombie Rakdos. You'll generally have a pinger in play and somebody at the table can't block flying, generally giving you a 9 mana discount.
-Your strongest play is to sacrifice a pinger to Razaketh, the Foulblooded, search up a Triplicate Titan, active Raz 4 times, with the last one being a Artisan of Kozilek, bringing Triplicate Titan back. Pretty much a 7 card tutor, and generally you can cast all your colorless creatures for free.
-Another good one is Burning-Rune Demon, fetch Artisan of Kozilek, and then any other creature. You either get the creature you actually want, or both. Some politics can get you both.

-This is decision time and you have 2ish good options. Aggression, or Stax. Either way the table is gonna groan and you're gonna get focused-
Double damage and swing away
These guys are rough
-Fiendish Duo
-Archfiend of Despair
-Fiery Emancipation
-Avatar of Slaughter
-Moraug, Fury of Akoum
-The first two double player damage from any source, you can get political here, while Fiery Emancipation only triples yours. Combine all three and your Spear Spewer reads "Deal 12 damage to each opponent". Cast Kaervek the Merciless for some stupid aggro stax.
-It's real easy to murk players with Avatar of Slaughter, be sure you'll survive a trip around the table before you cast this game changer
-Maraug combined with a doubler card will murk someone with commander damager in one combat phase
These bois are usually my goto
-Price of Glory
-Sire Of Insanity
-Kaervek the Merciless
-Nullstone Gargoyle
-Void Winnower
You have 9 reanimate spells, no interaction, and it's guaranteed that your 3 opponents have more disruption than that. One Darksteel Mutation or Imprisoned in the Moon or Oubliette will end your game. Don't allow them to be cast. Stack all the stax you can and coast to victory.
-Have care with Nullstone Gargoyle, he counters your spells too
Rakdos is the Lord of this Riot, but casting him for 8 mana just doesn't make sense. We have a few things to keep riot burning
-Geode Golem fuq tax, cast Rakdos anyway
-Neheb, the Eternal with 6 toughness he can generally attack someone at the table without dying in combat. Guaranteed 3 mana, and with a pinger he nets you 6 red every turn.
-Ilharg, the Raze-Boar value engine with any EtB Fatty
-Having a Rakdos Carnarium and a Reanimate in your opening hand can get you a turn 3 Fatty...
-Skipping your turn 1 land drop can put a Fatty in your graveyard. Being a turn behind but having a T2 Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger is pretty sweet
-Plague Spitter deals damage to ALL creatures as well. That kills a lot of EDH staples
"One time I had Fiery Emancipation, Archfiend of Despair, AND Kaervek the Merciless in play. Counterspell read "Pay 12 life, counter target spell". I had so much power."
~Cliff TFTW

"Pulling off the Razaketh, the Foulblooded + Triplicate Titan combo on turn 5, and casting Nullstone Gargoyle, Void Winnower, Artisan of Kozilek, Triplicate Titan, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, AND Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre at the same time, for free, quite possible is the coolist thing I've ever done."
~Dudeguy92man

"Zombie Rakdos is the syckist part of this deck. Oh noooo you countered my commander?. Goryo's Vengeance, 11 mana discount. Eldrazi. Nice work punk."
~Zach C.

Budget Changes
This decks is not cheap however a few broad changes can get you in the Riot too.
A budget version of this deck will have, higher CMC tutors, tapped lands, and different fatties. You can straight up browse the deck list, cut anything you're not willing to pay for, and replace it with a similar card from the maybeboard. For the Fatties I recommend going to The Gatherer and sorting by high to low CMC in R/B creatures. Pick your favorite ones and have a great time crushing people with Kuro, Pitlord, Sepulchral Primordial and Herald of Leshrac

These changes let you play Rakdos on a reasonable budget, you'll be getting Rakdos out on turn 5ish, and your Fatties wont be quite as Fat, but they'll probably be cooler and more fun to play against. Lemme know if you build it budget and how it goes, or if you would like help putting a budget one together

As always, this is a work in progress. If you have any comments or suggestions, concerns, questions... Post away! Your feedback will be greatly appreciated, even if it sucks.

Updates Add

This deck has been playing quite boring. Rakdos will get killed/countered/stolen the same turn I cast him, and then I wait two more to turn 6 to recast him, and by then somebody else is outta hand and there's no way I'm getting a Riot started. It's also 30-45 minutes to hit turn 6 with me doing nothing but ramping and tutoring. Hit the drawing board, made some cuts, tried adding more interaction like Imp's Mischief and Red Elemental Blast. I tested it some and it slowed the Turn 5 play down, and didn't make it any more fun to play. I cut all that blue player BS and went back to my roots. Rakdos IS going to get murked every time you cast him, why not cast him for free too?

Outs
Smoldering Marsh - There not enough basics to cast it untapped
Scourge of the Throne - Cutting cards and this guy didn't make it. Has to wait an entire turn to attack. Moraug, Fury of Akoum can cast at a 3 point discount with a pinger and a land precombat.
Balefire Dragon - Inconsistent and incomplete removal. Just not effective enough
Dread Cacodemon - Cut just to make room
Ancient Stone Idol - This was included to resist board wipes, however with the reanimate we added, this becomes redundant
Emrakul, the Promised End - The extra turn is a cool gimmick, however` not usually game changing when cast at turn 5. also at 13 cmc, she's hard to cast T5
Quicksilver Amulet - We don't need to work around Rakdos as much with the reanimate theme
Heartless Hidetsugu - activate this guy once, and I'm dead before 1 trip around the table. Also the full table win he provides with the dubs is not fun
Gift of Doom - Rakdos cant be Zombie if he cant die
Nettle Drone - Creature with 1 life and 3 cmc takes a lot of resources and dies easily
Night Market Lookout - generally dies the first time he attacks, we want repeatable pingers

Ins
Mountain - Land is OP
Lim-Dul's Hex - While not 100% effective, enchantments are difficult to remove and it kinda counts as a stax. Might cut after testing
Kaervek the Merciless - We cut a lot of fatties, replacing one with at least a creature keeps the deck moving. Also a control piece
Dance of the Dead - Puts Rakdos is stasis, which isn't that big of a deal, we still get one attack and discounts from the pingers
Goryo's Vengeancefoil - Give Rakdos +2/+0 ~ 8 damage from Rakdos and hopefully 3 from a pinger gets us a one turn 11 mana discount. Also Instant speed for extra value
Diabolic Servitude - A repeatable solution
Dawn of the Dead - A constant threat. This one might get cut after I test it against humans
Animate Dead - Cheap solution
Necromancy - Cheap solution, also instant speed value
Victimize - Two for one. Pingers and Sandstone Oracle are frequent targets
Torrent of Souls - There's not many great recursion spells for Rakdos, this one at least gives haste
