Here's the main idea and perfect combo hand:

T1: Reliquary Tower

T2: Island, Treasure Hunt to get as many lands as possible until you hit Zombie Infestation

T3: Play Zombie Infestation. Wait until opponent's end step, then discard all of the lands in your hand for a ton of 2/2 zombie tokens.

T4: Swing for the win

In your opening hand you really just need to have Treasure Hunt. You basically can't win if you don't, so mulligan until you get it. Ideally you want to have a Reliquary Tower in your starting hand as well, but you have a pretty good chance of drawing one off that first Treasure Hunt anyway. If you Treasure Hunt into another Treasure Hunt, just do the same routine but one turn later.

If you have Treasure Hunt, but you don't have Reliquary Tower in your hand or on the field, do not play a land on T3 before you Treasure Hunt. That way, you can Treasure Hunt into a Reliquary Tower, then play the Reliquary Tower that turn to prevent you from having to discard all those lands you just drew.

Contested War Zone isn't required in most cases, but it can help ensure that you can kill the enemy in one big hit.
