Very very nice deck. I wonder if I could make this work in Modern...

I would say that Victim of Night and Jet Medallion could be swapped out for card drawing effects. You have a lot of redundancy, plenty of land and stuff to make your spells cheaper. These two effects could instead be replaced by Gempalm Polluter (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=42065) to not only keep you drawing but as a recursive win condition.

+1 for the beefy introduction
How do you do that, I would really like to do that for one of my decks I have on here.

Deck Update - Jan. 16, 2012
Hello Everyone!
Thank you so very much for your wonderful suggestions! For this week's update, I carefully went through all of the comments posted under this topic as of Jan. 16, 2012.
I have to say that I am very pleased with the advice given to me so far, offered so early on in the development of this deck. Without further ado, I would like to explain the changes incorporated into the creation of the second revision.
Thank you Strangelove, vishnarg, and Baphomet for your amazing recommendation of card:Patriarch's Bidding. Although it suffers from a minor drawback (one extra black mana), the use of this card as opposed to card:Patriarch's Bidding prevents disaster in the case of a Tribal versus Tribal match. However, in case the six CMC of Call to the Grave with Coat of Arms in order to better reflect the rush strategy of this deck. Since the former doesn't begin to take effect until the conclusion of your fifth turn, I have decided to replace it with the commonly used tribal artifact, which shines in full glory from as early as the beginning (first main phase) of the aforementioned turn.
I considered switching out Noxious Ghoul for an aggro creature like Unbreathing Horde , Phylactery Lich , or Skinrender , but decided against it when I realized there remained only six other sources of removal in the deck (from eight in the first revision). Additionally, taking out Noxious Ghoul would render any form of late-game removal extinct. Thus, I have decided to leave the creature in the deck's second revision.
Following this post are my comments for this week's Card of the Week. Again, thanks for all of the thoughtful comments! I greatly appreciate all of your suggestions. As I am still relatively new to Magic the Gathering, I would indeed greatly appreciate any suggestions and/or constructive criticism that you may have to offer.
P.S. @Strangelove and @TylerJohns I simply use markdown's image function. You can check it out at this link, also seen below!

I'd drop Victim of Night for Dismember or Disfigure .
Drop Jet Medallion and Blood Pet for 4x Dark Ritual . It'll speed the deck up quite a bit.
Maybe swap Noxious Ghoul for Skinrender , Moan of the Unhallowed , or Endless Ranks of the Dead ?
Sign in Blood and Phyrexian Arena offer draw power.

Nameless Inversion is very fun to recur with Unholy Grotto.

Great use of syntax and love the deck. I too have a Zombie deck, if you'd care to peek: King Corpse

To mozerdozer's above comment: yes, Nameless Inversion is great in a zombie deck, but after playtesting, it's recursion with Unholy Grotto isn't that great. It ends up placing you into a cycle where you are only addressing whatever problem the Instant spell is targeting for two+ turns while you await drawing it.
I highly recommend, instead, the recursion of Nameless Inversion and Lord of the Undead

Deck Update - Jan. 21, 2012
Thank you so very much for your wonderful suggestions! For this week's update, I carefully went through all of the comments posted under this topic as of Jan. 21, 2012.
I am very pleased with the advice given to me so far, offered early on in the development of this deck. Without further ado, I would like to explain the changes incorporated into the creation of the third revision.
Thank you mozerdozer and stonethorn for your amazing recommendation of Nameless Inversion! As soon as I spotted the card, I looked it up, and without hesitation, I decided to include it in this week's early update! Thank you also for your wonderful combo suggestion. I have decided to include my interpretation of the ingenious implementation under this week's Card of the Week section!
Thank you Epochalyptik for your wonderful recommendation of Dark Ritual! I had previously thought of using the mana-acceleration instant, but I wasn't reminded of the true usefulness of the card until you recommended it! I have decided to replace Blood Pet with two copies of Dark Ritual. Thank you again for your input!
I reconsidered switching out Noxious Ghoul for Skinrender, Moan of the Unhallowed, or Endless Ranks of the Undead, but decided against it when I realized there remained only six other sources of removal in the deck (from eight in the first revision). Taking out Noxious Ghoul would render my main form of late-game removal extinct. Thus, I have decided to leave the creature in the deck's third revision.
Again, thanks for all of the thoughtful comments! I thank you for all of your valuable suggestions. As I am still relatively new to Magic the Gathering, I would indeed greatly appreciate any suggestions and/or constructive criticism that you may have to offer.

Just out of curiousity, ave you thought about putting in Army of the Damned? Yeah its alittle on the heavy side in ways off mana cost but it seems like it would work nicely in this deck.

Try replacing Soulless One with Unbreathing Horde. They have the same basic effect but Unbreathing Horde is tuffer to kill and costs one less mana.

My suggestions :
Skinrender : A zombie / removal card
Ghoulraiser : A zombie / ressurect card
Call to the Grave : Amazing continuous removal for zombie decks
Endless Ranks of the Dead : It pays itself very fast
Life's Finale : In my opinion, the best mass removal spell
Moan of the Unhallowed : Flashback makes it very good.
Army of the Damned : ...
Ghoulcaller's Chant : Card advantage

card:Patriarch's Bidding with Unbreathing Horde or Endless Ranks of the Dead ?
I know this is all Innistrad, but hey, they're making some bat-shit-crazy Zombie cards . . .
