Wonderful, another Zur deck... However, this isn't your normal Zur who enjoys locking down the board and halt game play to such an extent that opponents would rather set themselves on fire or contract TB. This is more of a different take where he mills opponents out. Do note that this is not a combo style deck but just a very powerful synergistic deck.

As soon as possible, cast Zur and swing away to find at least two of the mill enchantments; specifically something like Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx's Tutelage, and/or Teferi's Tutelage. Once you have at least two of them out, the rest of the game should be more or less down hill. Wheel as frequently as you can forcing your opponents not only to draw but also mill themselves; in this sense opponents drawing a card is no different than milling a card. A deck with no cards is still a deck with no cards; I don't care where they are at, whether in hand, grave, or exile.

There are a number of tutors in the deck and I like using them to find what Zur cannot or just to make things happen faster. This deck gets very interesting with a Consecrated Sphinx on the battlefield. Usually you can win by playing one or two wheels which isn't hard since you will likely draw into an additional wheel. Here is a break down of some number crunching:

1 Enchantment + 1 Draw = 2 per Mill

2 Enchantments + 1 Draw = 4 per Mill

3 Enchantments + 1 Draw = 6 per Mill

1 Enchantment + 1 Wheel = 14 per Mill

2 Enchantments + 1 Wheel = 28 per Mill

3 Enchantments + 1 Wheel = 42 per Mill

(1 Enchantment + 1 Wheel) x 1 Consecrated Sphinx = 28 per Mill

(2 Enchantments + 1 Wheel) x 1 Consecrated Sphinx = 56 per Mill

(3 Enchantments + 1 Wheel) x 1 Consecrated Sphinx = 84 per Mill
