Razaketh, the Foulblooded + 1 creature wins the game: find and cast Thassa's Oracle, while the trigger is on the stack sacrifice the Oracle to find Demonic Consultation, cast it and win the game.

The principal way of doing this is to cast Entomb, then attack with Zur to find Animate Dead.

If not possible, just find the combo manually.

If you have Eidolon of Rhetoric or Ethersworn Canonist in play when Razaketh is in play, just sacrifice them to find free counterspells. Alternatively, play and protect Jace, Wielder of Mysteries for the turn cycle, but this is not recommended. You could also just beat face to win.
